the non-inflammatory breakfast

This is going to be a challenge. A chiropractor/naturopath that I am seeing has suggested that a lot of my tummy troubles are caused by excess inflammation (sort of another nice name for irritable bowel). He has suggested that I follow a non-inflammatory diet — not sure for how long. It's all stuff I like to eat, like berries and cottage cheese and nuts and veggies, salad, etc. I just don't usually eat them together.

The tough part is what I'm not supposed to eat for the foreseeable future — all grains, sugar, most fruit except berries and grapefruit. Sugar is not so hard to give up, I'm not a sweet tooth, but my go-to foods like pasta and pizza ... Sigh. Wish me luck.
